These power supplies combine several power supply units in a single device. The modular design allows for adding or replacing components later.
The base unit in a 19" case can be equipped with up to 5 power supply modules which can be installed in any combination. Depending on the customer's requirements, each of them can be dimensioned for output voltages up to 500 V and for output powers up to about 50 W. For additional functions, other modules are also available.
Typical applications: Supply of particle traps, supply of ion or electron optics
