Characteristics

  • Four independent, digitally controlled, galvanically isolated electronic analog switches
  • Channels: 2× 500 V, 2× 1.5 kV with high-voltage isolation

Switch Channels

500 V channels:

  • Maximum voltage across the switches: 500 V
  • Maximum voltage at any switch terminal with respect to ground: ± 1.5 kV

1.5 kV channels with high-voltage isolation:

  • Maximum voltage across the switches: 1.5 kV
  • Maximum voltage at any switch terminal with respect to ground: ± 3 kV

500 V channels:

  • Switching times at nominal voltage without load: 10 ns typ., 20 ns max.

1.5 kV channels with high-voltage isolation:
